Hello to all friends at my space. A little about me. I am of East Indian orgin. I was born in Nairobi, Kenya. At a young age my family moved to London, England and that is where I have lived most of my life. I have been in the states over 6 years now.
I live in Kentucky, near Fort Knox as most know which is a military base. And learnt a little about the military life and of course about the deployed troops.Even though I am british I consider this my home. I work full time and in my spare time I am trying to get my non profit organization going. This is what my organization is all about.....
FREEDOM IS NOT FREE
Regardless of our troops or our political views, whether we agree on the war or not is not the issues here. The important thing to remember is that our troops are thousands of miles away and need to know that we support them!
On request from unit/platoon leaders we are sending out care packages and letters to raise their morale. What they ask for is not much , things we all take for granted here. This is not much to ask when you are away from home and in harms way fighting for our freedom. I would like to invite you all to join us in letting our troops know that we have not forgotten them and are so very grateful for their services and sacrifices.
Our latest project is to support our wounded warriors that have returned home. We do fund raising events and invite our wounded warriors as our guests to enjoy the day on us. We honor our troops, our wounded warriors and our veterans, because of them we have our freedom. To our deployed troops if you need anything , you can contact us at
[email protected]. Our thanks to all our armed forces and to all our veterans. I salute you all.
