I was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota. I started out as a child singing in church every Sunday during testimony time until I finally became a permanent member in the choir. Singing has always been a part of me and always will be, it is truly my passion in life and won't stop until I've achieved my dreams...
I've recorded several music projects with multiple producers, all in which I thought they displayed my true talents vocally, but none like the 2006 release of my debut album, Mama's Baby. If anyone doesn't have the album, they are really sleeping on it, It's truly a classic...Some people would say that it's Neo-Soul, but I would say it's just me. I'm the type of artist that tries to do music for everyone and write my songs from real life experiences and give people an opportunity to know the real me, that's what makes me happy. I love it when I'm doing a show and the audience is singing along with me, that lets me know that I'm above average and fans really took time out to connect with me musically, that's priceless.
Currently, I'm working with an array of the Twin Cities hottest producers on my next project, coming soon!. And we're bringing the heat, so to everyone who doesn't know, better keep a fan on 'em at all times.... Ladies and gentlemen...this is the future of music...so stay posted.
