The Dying: 5 Piece Metal/Hardcore band from from the West/North suburbs of Melbourne
The story of The Dying began 7 years ago in DeerPark when Skateboarders Darren Crowe and Phil Kaspa decided to start a punk band with fellow riders Cookie an Chewie. As Darren stepd in the role of writing with Phil the riffs began to get heavier and alot punchier leaving Darren & Phil to start drawing up the plans for a new project, "The Dying". & the tedious quest for the right guitarist and drummer for ’The Dying’ began. After meeting some very intresting characters we were lucky enough to have met Jackson Considine via adult matchmaker.com he provided the songs with his attetion to detail and punchy changes which are heavily influenced by his death metal roots. After giving up on finding a 2nd guitarist the revolution of the internet introduced us to the infamous Marty Mcfly who’s crazy shreds, kickarse solo’s and powerful riffs pull at the music giving it the edge ’The Dying’ needs. Our bass Player joel is the final peice to the puzzle aswell as the last inclusion steping in threw neighbourhood freinds of Marty his driving floor shaky sound and cheeky bass runs/fils are just the icing on our cake...
