About Me

A perfectionist, a pragmatist, a novice scholar, an artist, a reader, a designer, an environmentalist, an abstract thinker, a lover, a sister, a friend at best. A cynic, a narcisist, a hermit, a sloth, a lost soul or a distant one at worst. So I am all of these things. You can just hope to catch me when I am floating in the former pool :D...My life has been almost as eclectic as I am. My dad is Persian (from Iran) and my mother is a country girl (Cherokee, German, English, Irish.. and on and on). Believe it or not, the same exact ethnic cocktail as Cher.. haha. When growing up I lived in the Chicago Burbs, England for 3 years, Sweden for a few months, and studied in Italy my Junior year. I have seen 20 countries, and I plan on seeing 172 more....The most important things in life are the people that make it. My life is a rendering of Matt, my family, and my friends. Though this pragmatic "about me" may paint the portrait of a static girl, I have gone my whole life being called ornery (by my grandparents), a cheeky bugger (by kate), sassy (by matt) and fiesty (by my mother)... more poignantly, I am like a cat (the number of similarities are disturbing) that enjoys intellect, likes fashion, sleeps an obscene amount, is passionate about wine, cheese and tea, & loves to cuddle... I have also been known to whine, hiss, scratch and bite (you have been warned)
