Composer/Musician Andy Georges has proven his talents in almost every area of the music business. An accomplished guitarist and vocalist, Georges is in demand for session and composing work with artists such as Sheryl Crow, Jewel, Maia Sharp, and film composer Alex Wurman. He has contributed his playing and composing abilties to the scores of several motion pictures, including "Play It to the Bone," "Eat Your Heart Out," and "Sleep Easy Hutch Rimes." For the soundtrack of the latter film, he also wrote and performed an original song, "Follow Me Home."In more recent news, look for the film directed by David Schwimmer called "Run Fatboy Run" out on DVD where you'll hear a very romantic Georges tune called "Be My Love." You can also download the song right here on myspace.Georges just completed the first season of a hilarious new web series called "YLSE," starring Ruth Livier and directed by Joe Camareno that is getting thousands of hits on youtube.Andy has placed a song in the new film "My Life In Ruins" starring Nia Vardalos and produced by Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson due out in June 2009.Currently, Andy is recording additional music for composer Alex Wurman to be used in the HBO biopic about Temple Grandin, an autistic genius, due out this summer.With strains of rock, blues, world music, and jazz in his work, Georges has established himself as a distinctive voice in the Los Angeles music scene.
