Pusher is four guys playing a mixture of 77-punk and the melodic 90s variant. The band is based in Shah Alam at the moment but actually comes from the proud street tradition of the Kuala Pilah scene. We've been playing and humiliating ourselve in gigs here and there in Malaysia and do want to have the oppurtunities to play abroad. The fact that we're kids stimulated by our testosterone; it drives the eagerness in us to jump around with our mad ethics in being independent.
We've released a demo in 1999, (Kalihui : On The Same Ground - 5 songs), for 30 copies within Kuala Pilah And Seremban. 'Empunkyar Strikes Back ' EP -CDR 7 songs- came out in early 2002 and 'The Single Piss' EP CDR in early 2004, under Knot Records and maybe relasing something within this year..;
Songs appeared in the Knot Records (M'sia) 'Non-Conformity Vol 1', '15th Precinct Zine Compile CD' (Aus) , Black Cat Rec (M'sia) Punk Rock Compile and The Savona Punk Rock Compilation (Italy).
