Before the 20th century, rich groups of bankers had been trying to get their hands on the countries money supply. In 1913, they did. They called it The Federal Reserve. After that they needed someone to collect the money, so congress created the Internal Revenue Service. The Supreme Court then declared eight times the Federal Income Tax unconstitutional. It was not an aportioned tax. The money does not go back to the people. Where does it go?? To The Federal Reserve. And guess who owns the "Federal Reserve." Not America. In fact, it's hidden.
