Flying before he had learnt to walk, Edward travelled to Hong Kong from his birthplace in Canada as a baby. He stayed there for 17 years for primary, middle, and high school, but somehow managed to leave without the ability to read or write Chinese, his mother tongue. He recently moved to Toronto, studying Peace and Conflict Studies and Urban Studies at the University of Toronto. Edward enjoys photography, graphics design, and indie music. He is also involved with various activist groups including STAND (Students Taking Action Now! Darfur), New Socialists, and UTCARE (University of Toronto Coalition for Animal Rights and Environment).
