I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I currently live and work in Boston. Pretty much taught myself to paint. In my earlier days I never bother to join the art community. I just did my own thing and develop my own style. Later on I did go to a couple of workshops. To be able to keep painting I pretty much took my parents advise: keep my day job. Yes, I admit it. I'm an engineer during the day. (Shhh! Don't tell anyone.) People asked how I could mix engineering with art? I think I mixed art into engineering. It will take me three days to explain this. The bottomline is that I don't see conflict between them. In my case, they reached perfect harmony. For me they don't simply co-existing, but the two just fused together and created my own style. My Interests

I'd like to meet:

People who appreciate free expression and communication through the use of image, sound, and other media. Or people who just love to look at art and have fun. Also those people who hasn't given up on classical art.

Experimented with intensity

This is probably the last large painting of Hawaii for now.  It was a scene from a place called Paradise Cove, during sunset. 1) Using a 3" brush, I laid down some base paint of orange, yell...
