The Sambuca Legacy began in Dallas May of 1991. Co-Owners, as well as brother-sister partnership, Kim and Holly Forsythe started the Sambuca concept with a lot of creativity, energy and imagination that thought outside the box. Unbeknownst to their expectations, Sambuca would become a phenomenon hailing a public demand for locations in other places outside Downtown Dallas.
It all began with a small eclectic location in an artsy, warehouse district of Dallas which later evolved into a small National chain of five locations; Dallas, North Dallas, Atlanta, Houston, and Nashville. Now 17 years later, the Sambuca concept has become a nationally recognized name for combining fine dining with live music seven nights a week. The music spans a variety of styles; including pop, soft rock, acoustic rock, classic rock, sultry singers, crooners, jazz, r & b, and latin rhythms.
