Both currently reside in Albuquerque, NM, where they play at The Range Cafe, The Market Cafe, Flying Star, Exhale Bar & Grill, The Blue Dragon, Albuquerque Women's Music Festival, Corrales Music Festival, and Albuquerque Tri-Centennial events.
Becky is a singer-songwriter whose originals range from heartfelt testimony to powerful surges of soul and acoustic rock. Prior to the formation of UFY, Steff played with the Placitas Mountain Band at venues including the Kimo Theater in downtown Albuquerque, and the Ohkay Casino opening for Merle Haggard. Steff's unique mandolin style steps outside of the "traditional box" with a flare more like that of an acoustic electric backdrop. Her lulling vocal accompaniment adds to the magical essence of the duo's harmony.
