J.Diodo is the result of a professional evolution in music of Mr. J.Roldán. This has started in the middle of the 80ies by playing guitar in the Punk Rock band THE PIKETES , continuing with other bands as MONKEY'S RAGE and RADIO GUETO duringthe 90ies. First influences of electronic sounds were starting up at this time, leading to a carreer as DJ with Alter-Ego J.Unlao. Beneath playing in Madrid's club scene, namingly FLIP CLUB or TBO, an almost two year stay in Germany's Aachen rounded up the scene in places like DOMKELLER and DUMONT.
Bridging Germany and Spain with electronic contemporary music. Being DJ and Producer, organizer of Concerts, Raves and Parties (some rememberable!) the last year was dedicatd to a musical conclave in order to free the way for exploration of musical production, thus giving birth to his firstand autoproduced album, SPIEGEL KUGEL. A mixture of analogical and digital sounds in which electronic sounds are the maximum exponent and an index of the evolution mentioned above.
J.Diodo es el resultado de la evolución profesional como músico de J.Roldán , que da comienzo a mediados de los años 80 como guitarrista en la banda de Punk-Rock LOS PIKETES , pasando por otras bandas de Rock como MONKEY´S RAGE y RADIO GUETO durante los 90 donde se empieza a familiarizar con sonidos electrónicos.
Partiendo de aquí, comienza una etapa como DJ , con el Alter-Ego de J.Unlao residiendo en varios Clubs en Madrid como FLIP CLUB o TBO y durante casi dos años en Alemania, en Clubs de Aachen (DOMKELLER y DUMONT) y teniendo como único referente la música electrónica contemporanea.
Dj y Productor, organizador de Conciertos, Raves y Fiestas (algunas memorables).
En el último año se encierra en su estudio y da rienda suelta a la exploración en la producción musical, para dar a luz su primer Album autoproducido, SPIEGEL KUGEL . Una mezcla de sonidos analógicos y digitales en los que la electrónica es el máximo exponente y una clara referencia de la evolución antes citada.
