Mike 3

Hi I'm Mike, I'm 18 and a a year 14 student at the BRIT school and i study guitar at the Centre for Young Musicians (CYM), been playing for about 8 maybe 9 years now, I'm classically trained but play electric also, I also play bass and do a bit of singing, I on rare occasion dabble on other instruments here and there like keyboards and various forms of percussion. I've been around the block a few times and played some pretty sick venues (Camden Roundhouse, the Venesuelan Embasy, Fairfield Halls, the Bloomsbury Theatre and as of 23/11/08 Hyde Park) and worked as a touring session guitarist. When i'm not playing guitars I design guitars (and am quite pleased to have seen through the professional creation of one of the best guitars i've designed - The Crimson Sky aka my Ibanez S-Custom-5470BWRVFSCM3M1 I think all that code is meant to meant something but fuck knows what it is lol) and write music mostly, and go pubs, chill with mates, you know the usual stuff. I also do Iai Do (that's japanese sword fighting, no not shitty kendo, that's just kids hitting each other with sticks lol) and am partial to a bit of photography, but i need to get a half decent camera lol. I'm still working on mixing this damned EP and i'll keep you posted but things seem to be taking longer than anticipated.
I also have some great friends and if you disagree I'll give you the biggest slap in the history of slaps, although they do drive me nuts sometimes.
Linn - My GF, the most caring generous person I've ever known, kind, sweet, beautiful. I don't know what else to say that i'd want to share, I care deeply for her.
BJ Hinton - its hard to believe i've known this guy almost five years, always the joker and probably the best mate a guy could have around, our jokes around London will never get old, BRIT year 10, 11, 12, 13 AND 14 we've been in the same form
Walker - always has his eye on the ball so to speak, somewhat intimidating at times but he's obviously a teddy bear inside (with razor sharp fangs and claws lol), probably the most determined people i've ever met, i have no doubt he'll succeed in whatever he sets out to do
Rhiannon - A relatively new friend, a really good listener, an amazing writer and a one of the best female guitarists i've known, I'd be really surprised if she doesn't make it as an author in the near future, havr lots of fun at the pub together and occaisonally in the city when she can actuallly be bothered to come up lol :P
J Dizzle (aka Jack Dunn) - he brings the metal, comes from Bristol, Xbox live jokes, an incredibly talented musician and composer, 'nuff said really
Rich Sumner - over the past couple years I feel i've put him through a fair deal, an incident at one of his gigs springs to mind but that's a whole other story, he's one of the funniest guys i know, and an amazing song writer
Half Pint (aka Lulu) - had bare jokes at gigs and shit with her, kinda like the little sister i never had and barely see lol
