About Me

Bleast born in November 2002 in Salerno, a small town in the south of Italy. Dan Lynch and Jude o’James decided to make a rock band and started looking for a bass player and a drummer. After a Months mr.P (so called for his gentleman look), a bass player, joined the band. The drummer has always been a problem for the band (we all know that drummers are the hardest part of a rock band. They give rhythm but they are crazy. We guess that being a drummer means something that science cannot explain yet.). that’s why they had many drummers. Some of them come and go away, and return and go away. But the bleast always found a way to solve these problems and play around. After a year the band recorded it’s first demo. The sound was heavy and the lyrics desperate. In general too pathetic, but it liked to people even if it was too influenced by the 90’s. The band was not satisfied by their music and they took some months of pause. After this period the band begun to put down new tracks. And in this time happened the change they needed to be a real band with an own sound. The music they made was totally different. Castled away the heaviness and desperation of the first works, their new music sounded more rock and roll. An evil rock and roll. Fast and sparkle sound, aggressive and cynic lyrics. People who listened to the concerts got crazy and danced from the beginning to the end. That made the band very proud of their own composition so that they decided to produce an album on their own. In 2004 started their adventure. The three of the band abandoned what they were doing and started to work to gain the money they needed. Because what they aimed to was a work well done. So they started to travel around the best studios of Italy and they even went to Belgium, but it is funny that the best studio they found was in a country of a village not far from the band’s town. Actually in this time, since 2004 till now, they had contacts with indie labels but the conditions of the contracts were never fair (no one wants to spend money); That’s why they decided to make it on their own. Finally after three years of sacrifices and fun they made it. The band recoded a full album just like the rock stars they dreamed to be like. The album is made of 12 various tracks and many musical instruments had been used (viola, clarinet, sinthesizers, besides the standard instruments of rock and roll). The band always say that they have nothing to envy to great band’s production, because their production, is completely biological and they don’t like OGM products. Things are good for what they have inside not for what they look like.
