A friendship that will lead them to a set of railroad tracks and a decision that will change their lives forever. ************************************************************ *************** Biography(s): ************************************************************ *************** Director/Writer/Producer: Josh Rosenberg, graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee. He wrote and directed the award-winning documentary Civilian Soldiers. Civilian Soldiers won the Student Category of the Detroit Docs International Film Festival. The film also was shown at the Wisconsin Film Festival. He spent summer 2006 working directly with filmmaker Niels Mueller in Los Angeles. In just 3 weeks he wrote the screenplay for the feature film Tracks. He also made his directorial debut on Tracks. ************************************************************ *************** Producer: Niels Mueller, is a multi-talented director, writer and producer. His most recent credit is writer/director of The Assassination of Richard Nixon starring Sean Penn and Naomi Watts. He has also written the screenplays for Tadpole and 13 Going On 30, directed by Gary Winick. He has a Master’s degree in film from the University of California- Los Angeles. ************************************************************ *************** Director of Photography: Scott Foley, currently teaches Film Production at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where he received his MFA. He has been screening and receiving awards for his short films both locally and nationally since 2002. In 2005, he was awarded First Place at the Athens International Film Festival, and Best Cinematography at the Wisconsin Film Festival for his documentary, To Say Goodbye.Beyond directing and editing his own films Scott has completed projects with The Learning Channel (TLC), Comedy Central, Herzog Productions and Baria Records. He is methodical and detail oriented in his work which often deals with the complexities and rituals of family. ************************************************************ ***************
