Bill has played the trumpet since the age of 12, playing throughout his years in Elementary and High School. Bill entered the music program at the University of Florida, where he studied with the noted professor Gary Langford. Bill also became an associate musician with the Orlando Chapter of the Gospel Music Workshop of America. He co-founded a regional straight ahead jazz band called ICTUS and was a staff musician for Walt Disney World® Resort.
Bill is Minister of Music at Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist church in Tangerine, Florida and is also a member of the Jazz Repitory Orchestra (JRO) based in Lake County under the direction of Bob Grauso. Bill is a talented arranger and composer. He has written and recorded horn arrangements for Ken Andres, Warner Bros., recording artist L.C. Sneed and producer/arranger Gerry Williams. Bill's has many musical accomplishments, but the one accomplishment he is most proud of is that he has played with some of the best musicians on the planet. Continuing in that accomplishment, Bill performed with Melton Mustafa (trumpeter for the late Count Basie) in October 1999 for the Norwegian Cruise Line All-Star Jazz show. Other performers included Stanley Turrentine, Ahmad Jamal, and Slide Hampton. He has performed in theatrical productions including the stage-play "The Wiz".

Bill still performs with ICTUS in the Central Florida area as well as performing with songwriter/producer Gerry Williams and national recording artist, Miles Jaye . Over the last few years, he's had the opportunity to perform with a number of musicians touring with naional acts as well as performing with national recording artists Najee, Alex Bugnon and R&B songstress Alyson Williams.
Believing in making a connection with the listener and the human psyche, Bill's motto is "PARK AND BLOW!"
