Hi. My name is Sarah Florino and I’m running for Madison City Council Alderperson in District 17.I have been a resident of District 17 since March 2006, but I've lived in Madison for close to 10 years now. I moved to Madison in 1997 to finish my Bachelor’s of Music Degree.Currently I work as an Assistant to the Director at the University of Wisconsin. I also serve as Secretary and Steward in Training for Local 2412. Recently, I was asked to serve on the Diversity Oversight Committee at the University of Wisconsin.
