Hmmm...where to start. These kind of things are always really hard to nail down. Well, I'm a video editor in Montreal, trying to marry both passion and of course profession into one happy union, so I can live to work, instead of work to live. Presently I'm employed by Global television and absolutely love it. For some odd reason, working in t.v. is like being back in high school all over again...well a utopic version of it, where everyone is popular and pretty darn cool.I work on promotions, magazine shows and news headlines for both Global and CH and love the creativity it allows when it does, sometimes pounding out commercials in 15 languages can be a bit, shall we say, redundant! I would really like to get into longer more indepth projects, such as documentaries and/or high quality shows...who wouldn't?I am also an amateur photographer and love working with my old 70's camera that I bought at a second-hand shop. It has served me well and has captured images for album covers, posters and the like- with crispness and perfect saturation! HA HA, I just love it, especially as I was told it was a waste of time and money buying it for a mere $50.
