Each issue is jam-packed with articles that encourage women to be the best that they can be, make the most of their lives, and have fun while they're doing it. In short, it is an empowering handbook on life. Cosmopolitan Philippines is written and published for the young Filipina woman aged 18 to 35, from the middle to upper class, working or still in college, single or married, with or without children. The Cosmo reader is constantly trying to educate and improve herself to get ahead in the world, and wants to have fun in the process. She has the potential to look great and likes to keep abreast of fashion and beauty trends, but may still need the confidence and self-assurance to try them.
