Anything on Discovery Health channel. When time permits I like to watch TV Land. I can find all the old sitcoms, like the Jeffersons, Good Times, Sanford & Son, etc. All the stuff I watched growing up.
Don't have too much time to read but recently started "The Purpose Driven Life"...wonderful book.
