THE TEAM Ernie Haase & Signature Sound burst onto the Gospel music scene with energy and excitement, just a few short years ago. Haase, a 10-year veteran of one of the greatest quartets in Gospel music, The Cathedrals, launched his own group (EH&SS) wanting to create a team that was all 21st century in image and attitude, yet whose stage performance and musical material borrowed liberally from the great quartets of the 1950s, such as the legendary Statesmen. It's most evident, with the assistance of lead singer Ryan Seaton, baritone Doug Anderson, bass singer Tim Duncan, Ernie Haase has achieved this task. Signature Sound's self titled debut video (Bill and Gloria Gaither Present EH&SS) garnered the group even more notoriety, as it soared to the top of Billboard Magazine's Music Video Chart, debuting at #3, and achieving Gold sales status by RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America).Their latest release "Get Away Jordan" (Jan 2007) entered the Billboard video chart at #1. And their first single "John In The Jordan" soared to #1 on the music charts. The new Project is already approaching gold status just a couple of months after its release.With this excitement EH&SS are not resting on past blessings. They have just finished a "joint project" with The Gaither Vocal Band and EH&SS Together. The CD and DVD will release in Oct of 2007.
