I grew up in the seventies loving martial arts. I started training at an early age with all styles of kung fu. Because I was always fighting since the age of 5, I fell in love with it. Then I saw Bruce Lee and found my true inspiration. Have not stopped training since then. Now I love to teach it, and pass something that has always worked for me. I am on the spiritual side of it right now; finding the truth within myself. My teachings are based on real life experiences on the streets, clubs and alleyways of New York in the seventies, eighties and early nineties. Now I only practice to stay in shape and to stay young, which this is a great thing for, and most of all to be a better person. I have learnt this from the martial arts.
