We've been there for over 2 years now which is fantastic. Musically we'll play everything from sunset chill, funk & soul onto deep house grooves. We are proud of our BARNFEST residency up at the Manor also. Live mixes just around the corner.DJ Breake- I started off gettin into Dj..n when as teenagers in 1988 we went to Soul/Hiphop nights around Birmingham called Pogoda Park and Cinders where the dancefloors were packed with loads of crazy people going mad to the music and there were live acts on like Sweet Tee doin her thing.I decided to start gettin my own vinyl and began playing down the local youthie with my mates. Then I met a guy called Chip who had his own Pirate radio station on the local estate where he played House from his bedroom and I found a whole new world of music.Around 1990 we were doing our own gigs down the local Arts Centre where we set up a night called "The Boiler House" and we hired smoke machines and strobes and got all the local dj..s taking it in turns spinnin there best.Later on in 1995 i had a change and I moved on to the Funk scene for a while and found in Digbeth in Brum a night called "Sweat" where i met Cheese Dip and Disco Des and I managed to get in for a while playing some Jazz beats and things.Eventually in 1998 me and an old Dj friend Rardo went to Ibiza for an holiday to see what all the fuss was about and thats when it all made sense and I realised there was a place dedicated to dance music. Before I knew it I was living there for a while and fell in love with the place and its people. It influenced my taste in music for the european beats and the sunset vibe. I try to make an annual visit to keep in touch with whats going on with the belearic scene. Now living in Cornwall I met up with Yogs, an old friend from my old town where we decided to do something together and Easylife was born.....
