The dirty tricks are a proper band, the kind that only comes along once in a generation. Think of The Who in 1965, The Clash in 1977, Oasis in 1994 ........ and you might be somewhere close to where The Dirty Tricks are right now, on the edge of defining a whole generation to come, giving it 100% on stage and believing in the songs they play with a passion that builds from your gut and goes to the very tips of your fingers and toes. The gigs are not only about another performance, another show, on the treadmill ..... they are about seeing a great band and having a great night out and watching it all unfold in front of your eyes. The Dirty Tricks are like a society, not a secret society where only the correct password or handshake will guarantee entry, but a society that welcomes all comers, provided they have a passion for great music, into a world of wit, drink and, more importantly, songs with a good dose of pure adrenalin, that'll make you feel like you want to punch your best mate in the face, or shag the tidy bird at the bar. They sound like The Kings of Leon having a fight with Oasis about if The Clash or The Who were better!! You should really go and see them live or catch up for a beer with them ..... you wont forget it.
