So you want to know a bit about me......Ok I was born Aug. 4th, 1969 in New Haven, Ct. What!?? Just stick to the music? Ok sorry.... After a very short stint playing guitar I switched to bass in 1984. Since then I've played in local bands "Retrospect", "Ground Zero", "Tangled Web", "Dogma", "Dangerous Lou", Dokken tribute "Beast From The East", 80's metal tribute "Megahertz" and "Exit 23". I currently play bass for guitarist Rich Roger, having co-written and recorded the bass tracks for both his recently released instrumental EP "The Remnant Remains" (available everywhere you buy music or you can contact me for a CD) and an upcoming full-length CD entitled "Tentative Trance" to be released later in 2009. We also have a side project called "The SVR Project" and will be releasing an 8 song CD soon. I also currently play bass for 80's metal tribute "Megahertz", classic/current rock cover band "Exit 23" and an occasional show with Dokken tribute "Beast From The East"..... Influences: Many different bass players have influenced me in different ways, here's a few, in no particular order.... Geddy Lee, Chris Squire and John Taylor for melody, Steve Harris for right hand technique and Jeff Pilson and Nikki Sixx for laying down a solid rythmic backbone, and Billy Sheehan not only for tons of tips and tricks I've adapted to fit my technique, but for designing the most important piece of my rig the Yamaha Attitude bass.....
