About Me

found this candy layout at HOT FreeLayouts.com / MyHotComments Wow! It's tough to write about myself. First and foremost, I am a proud mother of 2 boys. Jacob is 3 years old and Austin is just about 9 months old (see pictures). They are the best thing that ever happened to me (beside meeting my husband of course!) Secondly, I have been happily married to my husband, Chad, for almost 6 years. He is currently serving his 3rd combat tour, this time in Iraq. We miss him desperately and pray that he will come home to us safely. I have worked for Frito-Lay for 5 years now. I am a District Sales Leader. Don't be too impressed by the official name. I basically manage about 15 people who deliver 'tater chips (that's how they say potato in the south) to stores in the Fayetteville/Ft. Bragg area. It's definately not what I thought I would be doing when I graduated college! It's funny how one's life usually turns out completely differently than what one had envisioned when they were 18 (at least for me). Wow, now I rambling, SORRY! But I love my life, with the exception of my husband being in harms way. Let's see, what else? I guess people would describe me as a strong person, having my spouse in the military and all. But I just look at it as doing what I need to do to take care of my family. I guess that will have to do for now. If I think of anything clever, or not so clever I'll add as necessary.

My Interests

The person/people who can bring home my husband now! Robin Williams, Will Ferrell, Ellen Degeneres

What have you done lately?

Okay, so maybe this is not what "blogging" is for, but whatever.  So the Democrats have just recently completed their first 100 days in Washington.  And just as I have said all along, they w...
