I spent a lot of time playing copy tunes and rock music, but when I was alone I always wrote songs that were nothing like what I played in public. I loved the sound of acoustic guitar and started recording my own songs at home alone on my little 4 track recorder. I wanted to reproduce exactly what was in my head, and not someone elses idea of what I should sound like. I don't really know what genre I belong in, but that's ok. I have my own genre called "You Like it or You Don't". I started playing my songs in clubs, in between the regular set songs, and found that people really loved the style. They always ask for more!! So I am doing MY music full time from now on. I know you will enjoy! DQ
