Sirrah

Sirrah has been one of the best bands i've heard since i started listening to music, thats why i decided to create this tribute site... i can listen to their music no matter what day, what time or what mood i'm in and never get bored. First version of the album "Acme" was released on tape (black and white cover) and not long after they re-recorded this album for cd release under different label, eventhough cd version is better in sound quality I still prefer old tape version becouse there is a slight difference in them. Bass line has changed a little (that doesnt bother me), and vocal tracks have been modified (not much though), they eliminated some growling parts in few songs on cd, and thats why i prefer "Acme" on tape... It's a shame that such a great band is no longer alive, however few members have put together another project called TheMANcalledTEA, but... the music has changed dramaticaly, eventhough you can hear the same voices it's not as good as Sirrah was... you can download few mp3s from TheMANcalledTEA official website, i would recomend song "Worn Out"... if you are interested in more info on Sirrah you can read more about it at http://www.multimania.com/sirrah
