I am a predominantly experimental rock/progressive rock/alternative artist straight out of Jonesboro, Arkansas.
Being 18 years of age, I have been musically active for 7 years.
I play guitar, bass, drums, MIDI keyboards and sequencer, xylophone and other percussion, and I sing.
I also build circuit bent musical instruments and other noisy electronics incluiding oscillators and modified keyboards.
I taught myself how to play everything I know how to play, with help from friends and my father along the way.
I study the Lydian Chromatic Concept of Tonal Organization, also.
I don't make bubblegum pop music, so if you are looking for that you have come to the wrong place.
I like my music to have colorful happy parts, and dissonant drastic changes.
My music draws influence from the insane things I have been through, opinions or insights that I have, music I like,
and this beautiful home we have called Mother Earth.
I try to keep my music as unique and expressive as possible.
If one can't express himself, then what is one to do?
My music explains myself and the world around me as I perceive it.
My first studio recording was when I was 14, which wasn't very long.
Michael Coughlin, me, and probably a few other people still own original copies.
After that I recorded about 40 original songs on my computer, which crashed, so I lost all of them.
I have redone some of the songs though (Fair Fight, Waste and the Underwater Cave, DesertPlanetStrandedDeath,
In the Daytime, etc.), but as for the others that I lost
(such as Mood Ring, Bleu Moon Setting, etc.), they are a lost cause.
My first self written, produced, and recorded album was "Petrified Forest", a full length album I made when I was 16.
My newest album, Tangent, is out now. If you have any questions or comments, you can feel free to contact me.
Thanks to everybody for stopping by and checking out my music, I hope you enjoy...........
