Everything started 666 years ago when the supreme demon of the necroforest Cillo got the idea to play some bones on wood, and created the necropercussion. He started immediately to exhume friends to swarm perdition in the world. At the very begin the band was nameless, and it was composed by Cillo at the necrodrum, Dann at the unholy bass, Manuel at the voic.. at the throat percussion (!!!) and Samuel at the guitar. Next the band found a power allied, Dio, whith his allmighty bloody guitar. After a short period of insane perdition, Manuel "left" the band, and Sam became the evil keyboarder. Then we became Gates of Perdition, the name was painfully concieved by Cillo and GP (Dio), and after a only-cover period, when we played 435683583518375613897561935619735691735691735681735481237541
83645837541726548137451387561378 times symphony of destruction (megadeth), in my time of need (opeth), and tallulah (sonata arctica), we finally found a singer, Paola, actually the first who sang something =P and changed bassist: Pecco! Then we introduced a new cover, Enjoy the silence (Lacuna Coil/Depeche Mode). Bleah, always the same songs played by every coverband in the world =P. During those events Dio and Sam started creating music, composing the piano intro of "the scream of my pain", inspired by a necropoem made by cillo, translated in english and enlarged a lot. Inspired by the intro Dio composed a harlequinny (hehe) song, that actually needs a voice to complete. After that, Dio composed another song, called "il giardino delle ombre", whose title was inspired by the name of the breeding of the dog of his horny and stag-maker necrowife (and ex singer) Stefi. Lyrics were made according to the concept of the demo. After a necrosession at Vampyria gothic café (RE) and recent interests of Dio for Black Metal, started the recording of a dio-wanted-it-to-be-but-it-became-death-sigh black metal song, as a stupid bonus track of the demo. the full tilte cannot be displayed in myspace, and is "The old priest and the 6666 years old tree radura of the supreme soul gravedigging and mind obfuscation in the unholy enchanted forest of Benothazelroth tale" and the song is still incomplete and badlybadly mixed! also the orchestral intro of the demo is being composed.
