From the beginning music always played a role in Faith's life. Watching impromptu jam sessions in the living room to the radio in the kitchen playing artists like The Oak Ridge Boys, Barbara Mandrell and Dolly Parton heavily influenced what Faith listened to growing up.Always stubborn and extremely headstrong Faith never gave up fighting for the things that she thought were meant to be and believed in. Faith continues to have that passion to this day and uses it in her writing, singing and love of music.Facing obstacles growing up Faith chose to hide her talent after being told that she wasn't good enough. But even then the fighter in Faith refused to take a backseat. It wasn't until Faith was 21 years old that due to a fluke phone call she sang by herself in public for the first time. It was then that she knew she was home. After driving around Canada for a few months Faith returned home to settle down for a few years and achieve her diploma in Business Admin - Marketing.Since then Faith has grown as an artist and a writer performing at the Scarborough Ribfest each year and competitions. These events allow Faith to show her edginess and energy as a performer. In September Faith will be in Winnipeg for the Canadian Country Music Awards. It is there she hopes to connect with writers and musicians to collaborate with.
