About Me

My name is Austin Allen. I believe in being a good person, therefore I try my best to do so. I have been through some weird times and have seen some stuff go down, but have been fortunate enough to keep myself out of trouble for almost 21 years of life. I have this thing about relationships... not just with people, but everything I do. I believe that people must truly develop a relationship with everything they do, rather than cut corners and be the next best thing before time runs out. I am an advocate for originality, but I am not afraid to admit that I enjoy things others do. I enjoy happiness, and I feel happy away from substance. I don't need things to make me happy, rather I need my relationships to keep me going. I have a handful of wonderful friends who have taught me more about myself and the world around me than I could ever hope to learn myself. I can admit that I tend to get anxious, and I am taking steps towards fixing that. I don't like being rude, nor do I put up with people being needlessly confrontational. I am becoming a little bit amused and interested in philosophy and would like to dabble in it some more. I'm not one to judge, for I'm no better than anyone else - I have just found what works best for my happiness and sanity. This is what happened to me winter break 2008...
