Sylvia van Swieten is a multi talented artist from Maastricht, the capitol of the deep south of The Netherlands. Besides her Djembe and vocal workshops her life consists of playing and singing live with many groups and artists. Her vocal skills are unique, Sylvia has a great gift for improvising, often using no words but sounds to match the music.
Currently she is recording her own album at the Bahama Kitchen Studio in Sittard. Release is expected mid 2007.
