Stratford-on-guy

I hate false alarms. They're so false. And alarming.

About Me

I am someone who spends a great deal of time locked in paradoxical, internal debates.

My Interests

Ah music: the listening to and making of; the escapism of books; horror (movies) and the nature of evil; anime; writing; low-lit dive bars; marveling at how much one changes in a lifetime and long, meandering conversations about any of the above/anything you care to mention.

I'd like to meet:

People who are not serial killers. Anymore.
People who want to crack me up when I am dragging ass.
People who want to crack me up even after I beg them to stop or I'll puke.
People who possess noble morals for an idyllic Utopia, but do not allow them to impede their wanton, tireless quest for fun.
People whose suffering has caused them to become so knee-slappingly hilarious that I will require knee replacement surgery long before retirement.
People who have dedicated significant brain-power to the research and development of cutting-edge curse words and swear combinations.
People who mistrust the smarmy certainty with which "facts" are presented.
People who are visibly shaken by such phrases as "your career path," "life of long-term annuities" and "rigorous daily exercise regimen."
People who don't get mad when I completely lose my train of thought mid-sentence.
People who worship sentences and who have a primal fear of clowns.
Oh - and someone to make me bionic.

I just wanna bang on the drums all day
