My Roots
Please Read First, let me start by saying that I'm not on myspace trying to get at anyone I come across, even if I did send you a message complimenting you on your looks. Thats not why I am here. I know and understand that some kats are using myspace as another dating website, but thats not why I'm here. This is a cool place to kill time on, socialize, and network and that is my purpose for being here. I believe as you continue to read my page and blogs you will find out that I am not using myspace as another venue to pick up women. Beside, some of you ladies really aren't that attractive and are a bit full of yourself. You should look into changing that, not every dude is trying to make a pass at you, it isn't an attractive quality for a young woman to have. Anyway, just wanted to make that quick announcement. Welcome to my page , I hope you enjoy your stay. This page is for MATURE AUDIENCE ONLY . This page is also mostly for you. I already know who I am, better yet, I'm still learning more about who I am and will be. The journey of self discovery is never over. I love coming to a new chapter along that path of enlightenment; seeing the path I took to get here, the mistakes I've made, the lessons I've learned and the growth I've made. Its a beautiful journey of one's self and a beautiful journey of life. But, like I said, I know who I am, its up to you to discover what I'm about and this page will give you enough information to make a decision on whether I'm someone worth getting to get to know.
To get a better understand of who I am and the person you might converse with, I highly recommend that you take the time and not only continue reading but also read comments my friends have left and my blogs. I've express a lot of my thoughts and view points in those blogs and I believe it would be worth it to read some of them. Or you could simply send me a message and say hello. You will learn about me faster than my comments or blogs could tell you. Reading these words only give you an idea of who I am, these words are only a drop in an ocean size bucket of a complex yet simplistic individual.
Upon reading my page, I only have one rule and that is respect my page and what's on it along with yourself. If you don't agree with something I've said that's fine, tell me in an adult manner. Come at me correct but first check yourself to make sure your correct before you do. Also be open mind and not ignorant, not just when you step to me but in general. Life is too short for you to be narrow minded. There are too many wonderful people and beautiful things out in the world to see and experience for you not to appreciate, share and learn from. So come with closed eyes and open hearts and arms.
Do you really want to know a bit more about me, well here it is; I'm the son of great Jamaican, Cuban, and African kings and queens, I'm a seed of this place we call earth, I'm a teacher, a student, and a mentor. I'm a visonary, a healer and I need to be healed. I'm a poet, a humanitarian, a environmentalist, I'm a freedom fighter. I'm everything yet nothing, everyone yet no one. I'm you looking back at you, yet I'm me looking at you. I'm arrogant, cocky, stubborn yet shy, reserve, and compromising. Full of confidenct yet lacking at the same time. Assured yet unassured. I'm a young man trying to survive the lessons it take to one day call myself a man. I'm me, I can't be anyone else yet I'm still undefined in who I will eventually end up being. I'm a brother, a role model, I'm the past, present and future of my people and of this world. I'm a beautiful soul.
I am constantly looking for ways to better myself. I'm anti-social but can be a social butterfly. I live life day to day yet always planning for the future. I dont like it when people try to be something their not. But support people who are expanding who they are or can be. My sister and friends keep me sane. I dont like drunk people. Inside, I am not always self confident, but I have great courage. Mature and organized, I am reliable in any situation. I tend to have an artistic or philosophical outlook on life. I think that lifes to short to spend stressing over the little things. I work hard and play even harder. I'm spiritual, I believe in a greater being but haven't conclude what that being is. I'm cosmic, I strongly being that heaven and hell is right here on earth. That good and bad, positive and negative forces are real. And that energy is neither lost or destroyed, only transfered from one entity to the next. I am straight forward, but I keep a lot inside. I tend to avoid confrontation and stay away from sticky situations. I have one best friend I hang with, as opposed to many aquaintences. I tend to dream big, but I worry that my goals aren't attainable. I am nurturing, kind, and understanding. Like mother nature, I want to help everyone. I am good at keeping secrets and tend to be secretive. I love mangos, pineapples and green seadless grapes. I am a person of great enthusiasm. Unsatisfied by the ordinary, I am reaching for an epic, extraordinary life. My mind is my primary weapon. I am strong willed, nothing can keep me down. I have the ability to be a passionate person. At my worst, I am a narcissist. I am very choosy about who I'm around and take partnership in all its forms seriously.
My Personality Type : autonomous, aloof, and intellectual; imaginative, innovative, and unique; critical, analytical, and logical; intellectually curious, driven to learn and increase their competence and knowledge; socially cautious and reserved; organized and definitive. The most important thing about my personality is I'm independence and being able to live according to my own standards. I have both a Type A and B personality.
The only thing I could really tell you about who I am is, I'm about growth in all forms of the word. I'm open to learn and share what I've learn. I'm open minded yet a private person. I'm not here to jugde or be judged by anyone or expect anything from anyone only to learn. You have to learn to respect the differences in people in order to learn from them. I'm a thinker and I want change in the world. There are too many things thats not right and needs to be change, too many to go into on here. The world has changed from what was to what will become and yet its not for the best in some areas. Things need to be done but its starts with me or as Gandhi has stated "Be the change you want in the world". Thats what I want, positive change in myself and one day in the world and if your not apart of that than you are a virus to yourself and this world.

If you knew how many more days you had left here on earth what would you do different? There is more to life than just here and now. Be true to yourself, your reality is what you do, its our walk that talks. What kind of person do you hope to be? Don't blend in, blend out! If you want to be HAPPY, practice COMPASSION. I thought my life was out of control until I realized I have a CHOICE. The NOBLEST REVENGE is to FORGIVE. The WORST PRISION is a CLOSED HEART. You can never CHANGE your life until you change something you do DAILY. POLITENESS costs nothing and gains everything. The best and most beautiful things in the World can not be seen or even heard, but must be felt with the heart. "You lose 100% of the chances you don't take. "Without a PURPOSE, life is MOTION without MEANING, ACTIVITY without DIRECTION and EVENTS without REASON. Without a CLEAR PURPOSE, one will keep changing directions, jobs, relationships, churches, hoping each change will settle the CONFUSION or fill EMPTINESS within the HEART.

Regardless of the topic, whether I agree or disagree with you. I enjoy conversing and sharing thoughts and opinions... I would like to meet positive people, people who are heading in a positive direction. People who want to become better individuals and in doing so make this world a better place. I'm interested in people that arent afraid of being themselves. If your not heading in a direction of positive growth, PLEASE take a moment and re-examin your life. If you don't know where you're going in life, take some time to find out so you don't become an advocate of your own ignorance. I know what I want in every part of my life, friends, family, and career... well almost and would like to meet people who know what they want and where they are going in life. Sadly not enough young adults are like that. Some are still in that stage of discovering themselves. I know who I am and what I want but I'm not going to list all of them on this page, if you really are curious or interested in knowing who I am or feel you can respond to what I've stated on my page, send me a note, take some time to read my blogs or the comments my friends have left.
