Brian studied at the College-Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati , Ohio working toward a degree in jazz and studio music. While attending college in Cincinnati , Brian's interests in the recording arts began.Working his way through four tracks, DAT machines, ADAT's and Tascam machines he opened his first studio in 1996. In conjunction with a home studio, Brian partnered with a good friend to start a mobile recording business. The mobile recording truck was outfitted with 32-track recording capabilities and live video. Brian decided to sell the business in 1999 and move to Chicago - armed with a only few microphones and a console.Since living and working in Chicago , he has gathered an outstanding array of microphones and recording equipment. Continual work on projects and moving to a digital ProTools environment, Brian has stayed on top of current recording industry standards.
