Started in 2005 as part of a storytelling experiment. Brainchild of songwriter, Allan Schmidt, the “Circus Act†was developed as a “five song story†describing the cause of a local disaster and the after-effects on the survivors. Arranged by Allan Schmidt and Ole Prinds in 2005 featuring the vocal of Karin Nordly-Holst. In 2006 Mads Mosbæk Pedersen superseded Ole Prinds, in the experimental ensemble “Moradsâ€. This is now the foundation for sad and strange songs with a soft and innocent vocal to emphasize that even beauty has an element of the grotesque, and vice versa.
