Gideon War hailing from the Capitol of the World, D.C., is one of the most talented M.C.'s to pick up a mike. Freestyling since a young age, he knew where his passion lay but never let it limit his expectations. Currently a division 1 runner, Gideon War welcomes any challenge, on stage or on the track. Since the young age of 16 he has worked the local circuit, freestyling and battling locally recognized M.C.'s. Brazen and ruthless G War would step up to any opportunity that would let him showcase his ability. Cutting his first mix CD in Philadelphia, G War spoke on subject materials that most MC's have neglected. From Race to God, Pain to perseverence, G War didn't shy away from real life issues. With a quick wit and cutting tongue, Gideon War would represent himself and his music to the fullest. While most of Hip Hop has been overrun by violence, materialism, and masogony, G War stayed focused on his truth. Feautured in the All Americano Mix CD, G War is now working on his first official release through All Americano. Gideon War aims to provide music for a new generation.
