Pour répondre aux exigences propres au Pop - Rock ou au Jazz relativement à la musique classique, les musiciens qui participent à ce projet évoluent tous dans des musiques contemporaines. Ils sont donc aussi habitués à gérer l’interface technique, omniprésent dans la musique moderne.
Passioné par le violon, les instruments à cordes et leurs possibiltés inexplorées dans la musique non classique contemporaine, Stefan Laue essaie par ses arrangements et ses productions, de trouver un son qui lui soit propre, une manière singulière d'intégrer ces instruments dans la musique et dans le "groove".
Ses sources d’inspirations se trouvent actuellement dans le Jazz, la musique de groove ou dans des productions de Rock et de Pop.
STRINGFIELD is a project of the violin player/composer/arranger Stefan Laue. It unifies stringplayers with the goal to play with bands, in studio as well as live, and to create and produce their stringsection.
Knowing about the peculiarities of Pop, Rock or Jazz in comparison to classical music, the musicians participating in this project are all playing in non-classical projects. So they are as well used to handle the techninical interface, which is omnipresent in modern music.
Passionated by strings and their unexplored possibilities in non-classical music, Stefan Laue tries by his arrangements and productions
to find his own sound and a individual way to integrate these instruments in music and groove.
His sources of inspiration are actually in Jazzmusic, all kind of groove as well as Rock and Pop productions.
STRINGFIELD ist ein Projekt des Geigers/Arrangeurs/Komponisten Stefan Laue. Es hat die Absicht Streichmusiker zusammenzuführen. Das Ziel ist, Bands zu begleiten, sowohl im Studio als auch Live, und deren Streichersatz zu kreieren und zu produzieren.
Um den eigenen Ansprüchen des Pop, Rock Jazz gerecht zu werden, spielen die Musiker, die an diesem Projekt teilhaben, alle in "nicht-klassischen" Formationen. Sie sind es also auch gewöhnt mit der in der modernen Musik allgegenwärtigen Technik umzugehen.
Begeistert von Streichinstrumenten und deren unentdeckten Möglichkeiten in der nicht-klassischen Musik, versucht Stefan Laue durch seine Arrangements und Produktionen seinen eigenen Klang zu finden. Er sucht neue Wege diese Instrumente in die Musik und den Groove zu integrieren.
Er inspiriert sich momentan hauptsächlich an Jazzmusik, allem was "gut groovt" und Rock-und Popproduktionen.
