King of Pop Fanatics

The King of Pop Fanatics was founded by Donna Green and Rebecca Reza back in the spring of 1999 in Los Angeles, California. Both have been life long Michael Jackson fans and friends for many years. Frustrated with other fan events for Michael Jackson up until that spring, they decided to start their own organization. Along with the help of many fans around the country and world, and the wonderful and loving support of Michael himself, the Fanatics enjoyed a prosperous beginning. The fan club quickly became well known while keeping its intimate quality for the fans. In April of 2000, the Fanatics became the first and only fan club since to ever be personally invited to Neverland Valley Ranch by Michael Jackson himself. Fans enjoyed exclusive tickets through the Fanatics for various events including the Michael Jackson 30th Anniversary Tribute Concert at Madison Square Garden, as well as the 2002 American Music Awards and the taping of the 50th Anniversary Special for American Bandstand (which Michael performed at) to name a few. In addition, the King of Pop Fanatics have also been featured on numerous TV shows, including: The Jimmy Kimmel Show (twice!), The Sharon Osbourne Show, CNN with Paula Zahn (twice!), and countless news programs throughout the world!
The most important part of the fan club itself was to support Michael Jackson in his endeavors and during various hard ships caused by the mass media. The members from all over the world also enjoyed support among themselves, quickly becoming like family. There were many creative efforts that proved to be very successful, as well as alliances with other fan clubs such as MJNI and MJJForum, during the Sony demonstrations of 2002, and many MJ Days and MJ Birthday parties. The Fanatics stood by Michael through the best of times and the most difficult.
In 2003, due to personal obligations the Fanatics closed and took a hiatus for a couple of years. Even though during this time many members, including Donna & Rebecca, continued to travel to California to support Michael during his trial. Since then they have reunited and are excited to announce the grand re-opening of the King of Pop Fanatics, now based in Las Vegas, Nevada!
