Agency 79 was founded in 2003 as a booking agency specialising in Jazz, R&B and World Music. Delivering high quality music always was - and still is - our aim. The ground rule we imposed on ourselves: We have to be convinced. That way we can convince promoters more easily.
Since its foundation, Agency 79 has bokked and organised tours and gigs for acts such as Incognito, Spyro Gyra, Carleen Anderson, Mezzoforte, Maceo Parker, Marcus Miller, Level 42, Al Jarreau, Jethro Tull, George Benson, Seven Eleven, The AlMcKay Allstars, Kool & The Gang, The Brand New Heavies and many more.
In addition, we have been co-organising Sofia Jazz Peak, the largest Jazz concert series in South-Eastern Europe for six years now.
As if all of this wasn't enough already, we offer a lot of services such as tour booking for your band or artist, tour management, promotion and documentary film productions for acts of all kinds.
