About Me

The mission of Maximum Performance is to present an encouraging dynamic training environment that brings athletes and lifestyle clients together, and work collectively towards developing the full physical and mental potential of each individual. The coaches will design and execute training programs that increase each client's level of specific sport or lifestyle desires. These desires include: Strength, Power, Speed, Agility, Posture, and Flexibility. Maximum Performance training is designed for both male and females of all ages. The desired goal is to bring the “athlete” out in all of us. We provide each client with "state of the art" training techniques and drills to optimize exercise performance based upon his or her individual goals or team goals. We also teach proper training with flexibility to reduce any risk of injury.Maximum Performance provides a Boot Camp class every Wednesday and Saturday for anyone insterested. All drills performed in the Boot Camp class are performed at the highest level by each participant. These drills are used with Professional, Collegiate, and High School Athletes.
