Mettaforce is a small independent record label and production company, which encourages the vision and creativity of its artists by enabling them to do what they do best - make music.
We've heard so many stories of really talented artists, when signed are sapped of all creativity because of the restrictions put on them and the direction they are told to go by their record label.
We have wanted to create an environment where individuality and creative expression is encouraged and when you listen to our artists we hope you agree.
On the player are JS Mace's down-tempo, lounge grooves, inspired by old Jazz classics with a twist and LFOnerd's strange and captivating electronic universe. Both acts are releasing their albums in 2008 - check their profiles in our friends list to hear more of their tunes.
Halfdansk is a tribute to the Danish poet Halfdan Rasmussen, seeing some of his wonderful poetry put to new music in an exciting combination of acoustic folk and electronica, the album will be out later this year.
