I learned a lot from the experience of being at a Major Record Label and was fortunate enough to meet many people in every department of a major Label. I started out as a bacg, publishing and royalty collections. I also learned the ugly side(which I don't care to discuss). I wanted to create my own situation where I felt I could contribute whatever knowledge and creativity I possessed to help up and coming and newly formed labels.
