Trouble started to rap back in 1996. He came to enjoy the music of artists like Bone Thugs and Tupac because he could relate to their lyrics. At this time he was living the life these artists were rapping about. At first he didn't take rapping seriously but his homie Gemini heard something special and encouraged him to continue rapping. For years he stayed independent, releasing CDs himself and turning down many record deals in the process (including a deal from Hypnotize Minds of Three 6 Mafia fame) in order to find his voice as an artist and retain control of his own music. His first album, GODS SIN, was released with very little promotional backing, as he lacked the funds to properly support it. In 2004 he was offered a record deal by Rydas Records, most notably known for menacide. Two years later he released his debut professional album, titled Genosyde. He didn't get as much promotion as he would have liked, so he left Rydas Records in 2006 to join IIE. His first CD to be released on IIE will be Product of the Streets.
