Featuring relatively inexperienced (at the time) musicians Brian Hoey, Matt Pilo, and Jake Lovelace, Howlin' Waters formed in the summer of '04. After numerous name and lineup changes, Howlin' Waters eventually added Jake Behrman as a vocalist thereby reaching its present lineup. HW is a bluesy hard-rockin' riff driven rock'n'roll band. Drawing influences from the great hard rock bands of the 60's and 70's, giving it a familiar yet unique and creative sound that hearkens back to the golden age of rock'n'roll. Combine that with improvisational jams, blues influenced riffs, and wicked musicianship and you get the rockin' sound of Howlin' Waters
