Introducing, the "VC" coming live and direct from Oakland, CA bringing their unique blend of sophisticated "grown folks" flavored hiphop to the masses. The VC formed in 2006, consists J-Crul, Fiddo, and Sham.J-Crul & Fiddo both from Oakland, CA. Begin rapping as teenagers in a group called Truborn that lit up the streets and clubs of the Bay Area during the mid-nineties. The third member Sham was born in Los Angeles and moved to Oakland as teen. He got his start rapping with a group called "VIP Stunnas" whose release "Get It, Git With It" received rave reviews all across the Bay.The VC makes adult hiphop music that is not only capable of quickly crowding a club's dance floor, but will also captivate listeners and have them nodding their heads in agreement with VC insightful analysis of current events and real issues.The cd features verses from artists such as Biaje, BeedaWeeda, Da J, Gran Mar Yay and Lady Unique, . It includes production from Stephen King, To Da T, Strict 9, PTB, Sid, Biaje and many others.The VC's first EP: "Live From Oakland" aka (LFO) will be available in November.
