Josh,I was born in Little Rock, Arkansas to Don & Michelle Maurer. At the time I was born,My parents were living on an Indian reservation.I grew up traveling the South with my parents and younger siblings, two sisters and a brother; by the age of 13, I had lived in 30 different locations, including the Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island, South Carolina. My family eventually settled in the small town of Gig Harbor, Washington, which is now an exurb or dormitory town of Tacoma,Where I had attended Kopachuck Middle School.I then graduated from Gig Harbor High School in 1989.In High School I started acting in school plays.I didn't attend college, in order to pursue my acting career.
