First and foremost the faces of the group are these three similar but yet distinct artists. Jay Pee, Yung Dame, and Mr. Chuck collectively known as Str8 Broke. The name isnt meant to be taken for face value it is more of a mentality than a status. Love us for who we are and not what we have! This combination has grown together over the last several years, but yet we still seem to hold our own as individuals on the MIC. We wanna bring respect back to the SOUTH thats has been questioned as of late. We take our hats off to UGK,Eightball and MJG, OutKast, Ludacris, T.I., Weezy and a few other artists for making the world respect that HIP HOP also lives in the SOUTH. The point that we are trying to establish is that music can be entertaining as well as educating because its more to life than drugs and big rims.We are trying to attack hip hop from a brand new angle along with banging beats comes serious lyrics and concepts that everyone not only can listen to but also relate. We are doing something that we enjoy doing but on the same token we are serious about the message that is received from our music by our fans. We Love all our fans that support us.
