YFP was founded by local Filipino-Americans in the Hampton Roads area who took the initiative to organize interest among the area Fil-Am professionals. Our organization provides avenues of personal and professional development by utilizing the resources and experiences of our members and providing a forum for individuals with shared interests to exchange information and ideas.
Our mission is bring together young Filipino American business owners as well as those in the workforce to facilitate, encourage, and nurture their cultural, personal, and professional development.
